Within the framework of the agreement on the dissemination of knowledge with the "National Agricultural Research and Education Center" Agrobilim Online, funded by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on August 18, 2021, a training and practical seminar was held on the topic: "Innovative technologies for obtaining new generation drinks (juices) with bio-ecological properties from fruit and vegetable products ". More than 25 representatives of business structures and heads of fruit and vegetable processingenterprises took part in the seminar.The main experts of the seminar were: Chairman of the Board of RPF LLP, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Corresponding Member. NAS RK Ospanov A.B. and doctor of biological sciences, professor, academician of ASKhN RK Velyamov M.T. According to the program of the seminar, theoretical and practical classes were held on the complex processing of fruit and vegetable products in order to produce natural juices.
The basic enterprise of the seminar was JSC "Gold Product", Deputy of the Mazhilis in the Enbekshikazakh region, director of production of JSC "Gold Product" Valkov V.V. highlighted at the seminar the work of the enterprise and the main problems of processing fruit and vegetable products. The work carried out within the framework of the "Extension" program carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and "NASEC" made it possible to highlight the activities of RPF on the deep and complex processing of fruit and vegetable raw materials. JSC "Gold Product" is seriously interested in the innovations of the institute and plans to sign a memorandum of cooperation, as well as to work out new technologies on the basis of this enterprise.
It should be noted that the speakers were invited to hold the next similar seminars in the economic conditions of processing enterprises in the region.
