Main rights and obligations of anti-corruption compliance:

1) request and receive from the structural divisions of the Partnership information and materials, including those constituting commercial and official secrets, within the framework of approved procedures regulated by the internal documents of the Partnership;

2) initiate the submission of issues for consideration by the Chairman of the Board of the Partnership relating to their competence;

3) initiate internal audits on incoming reports of possible corruption offenses or violations of the Law;

4) ensure the confidentiality of persons who apply to anti-corruption compliance on alleged or actual facts of corruption, violations of the corporate code of ethics and other internal policies;

5) timely inform the Chairman of the Management Board about any situations related to the presence or potential possibility of violation of legislation in the field of combating corruption;

6) to carry out other actions that do not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
