On January 27, in the Semey branch of the Kazakh Research Institute of Processing and Food Industry (SF KazRIPFI), a mini-production of pastries with meat filling – “Semey donuts” was opened, as well as a mini-production for the production of meat and bone paste used as a functional additive in recipes for meat semi-finished products.
Pastries with meat fillings – “Semey donuts” is a nutritious product made from offal and dough, which the Kazakhs have been preparing since ancient times. The uniqueness of the technology and recipe allows you to get a delicacy product at an affordable price.
The line for the production of meat and bone paste is organized under the financing of the World Bank for Development, and it should be noted that the final product is a universal additive that can be used in enterprises producing meat products and semi-finished products.
Also on this day, on the basis of the Semey branch of the Kazakh Research Institute of Processing and Food Industry (SB KazRIPFI), the opening of a branch of the Department of Food Technology and Biotechnology of Shakarim University took place.
The opening ceremony was attended by: Chairman of the Board – Rector B. Erdembekov, Director of the Semey branch of KazRIPFI A. Suychinov, Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation Zh. Moldabayeva, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology Zh. Tokhtarov and the teaching staff.
During the event, the parties signed a cooperation agreement. Within the framework of the agreement, a number of activities are planned to conduct joint research work, commercialization of the results of scientific and technical activities, training of personnel in engineering specialties, etc.
