DEVELOPMENT OF DEEP PROCESSING OF GRAIN CROPS FOR YEARS OF INDEPENDENCE

Deep processing of grain crops in the Republic of Kazakhstan is a priority area of innovative development of the grain processing industry. Kazakhstan currently has three modern grain processing plants: BioOperations LLP, Zharkent Starch Plant LLP and AsiaAgroFood JSC.
Also, with the assistance of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, it is planned to implement seven more projects for the processing of grain and leguminous crops for 116 billion tenge. At the same time, in the field of science, the Astana branch of the Kazakh Research Institute of Processing and Food Industry, with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the NASEC “National Agrarian Scientific and Educational Center”, completed work within the framework of the budget program 267 of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Increasing the availability of knowledge and scientific research” , target program “Ensuring the technological development of enterprises of starch, fat and oil, feed, sugar industries of the agro-industrial complex on the basis of innovative technologies for storage and processing of plant raw materials” on the topic: “Development of technology for drying starch syrups.” Based on the results of the research, 1 recommendation was developed for the technological modernization of starch enterprises, 3 technologies for obtaining dry starch syrups were developed, 3 laboratory approbations were carried out, 9 scientific articles were published in domestic publications recommended by the Committee for Control in the Sphere of Education and Science Republic of Kazakhstan, 1 scientific article with a non-zero impact factor included in the database Scopus. 1 patent application of the Republic of Kazakhstan has been filed.
The Astana branch of the Kazakh Research Institute of Processing and Food Industry continues to work in this direction, with the goal of supporting and developing the processing industry of the country, expanding the range of high-quality domestic products with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the NASEC “National Agrarian Scientific and Educational Center” .
