On September 26, 2025, a field seminar was held in the village of Aksu, Turkestan Region, organized by the Kazakh Scientific Research Institute of Processing and Food Industry (Kaz RPF). The seminar focused on the topic: “The Importance of Observing Sanitary and Hygienic Standards and the Technology of Raw Milk Collection and Storage”

The seminar aimed to enhance the knowledge and competencies of agricultural producers regarding sanitary and hygienic requirements, raw milk handling and storage technologies, and to familiarize them with current norms and standards.

The event included both theoretical and practical components:
• Lecture on sanitary and hygienic standards (Suleimenova Zh.M.)
• Practical session: milk sampling, organoleptic evaluation, initial processing
• Q&A session with participants
• Summary discussion and certificate presentation

More than 30 representatives of farming enterprises, individual entrepreneurs, and cooperatives took part in the seminar. Participants received certificates of completion. The event confirmed the relevance of the topic and emphasized the importance of adhering to sanitary standards to improve the quality and profitability of dairy production.
