IOFS INTERNATIONAL HIGH LEVEL FORUM ON FOOD SECURITY

On June 9, 2022, KazNARU hosted an exhibition as part of the IOFS (Islamic Organization for Food Security) high-level international forum on food security.
At the exhibition KazRIPFI presented a line of its developments: bakery products made from a composition of flour of various crops, including gluten-free products, products of deep processing of cereals and flax, fat-and-oil products, dairy products from sheep’s milk, goat’s milk, meat and vegetable pates, fruit and vegetable juices enriched with pectin, compound feed for valuable fish species and unproductive animals, etc.
The participants of the international forum from the IOFS (Islamic Organization for Food Security) got acquainted with the activities of KazRIPFI. Fermented milk products made from sheep and goat milk, bakery products made from triticale flour, gluten-free products, fat-and-oil products, fruit and vegetable juices with bioecological properties and meat and vegetable pastes were of particular interest.
