“Increasing the availability of knowledge and research”

On the instructions of the National Agrarian Scientific and Educational Center with funding from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kazakh Research Institute of the Processing and Food Industry within the framework of the program “Increasing the availability of knowledge and scientific research” organized a consultation event with the invitation of a foreign expert – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Musulmanova Mukaram Mukhamedovna at milk processing enterprises in Zhualy district of Zhambyl region. Professor M.M. Musulmanova is one of the leading scientists of the CIS in the field of milk processing, head of the department “Technology of food production” of the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov.
Within the framework of the event, a meeting with the management, inspection and assessment of technological processes of production and the quality of dairy products at the Burnensky Dairy Industrial Complex (BDIC) and Agricultural Production Cooperative (APC) “Bagdaulet” was organized. In a small village named after Bauyrzhan Momyshuly, in the administrative center of the Zhualinsky district, there are about ten enterprises for the production of dairy products, there are also newly created ones, which is an illustrative example of regional industrial and innovative development. Milk processing is considered a high-tech production, but, despite this, the development of the craft of cheese making and milk processing in the region took place thanks to the experienced personnel-technologists of BDIC , which has a 70-year history of production activities and is one of the leading enterprises in the industry in the country. APC “Bagdaulet” is considered a younger enterprise and its experience of formation and development is also crucial for newly created enterprises.
Upon completion of the event, an expert opinion will be given on the state of production processes and product quality and recommendations for improving production and disseminating positive experience in similar enterprises in the country.
